| Civil Works: Dam top of EL 210 m has been achieved in all blocks on 29.06.2023. In Power House (including underground works), 10861 cum concrete placed during Mar’25 and cumulative 1440277 cum achieved out of 14,92,553 cum. Roofing and associated works in Power House completed up to Unit#5 and are in progress in remaining units. All 08 nos. HRTs completed including plugging of Adits. Excavation and concrete lining of all 08 nos. Surge Tunnels completed including grouting.
HM Works: Radial Gates: Out of 09 nos. gates, 08 nos. (S-1, S-2, S-3, S-5, S-6, S-7, S-8 & S-9) are completed. Structural erection of radial gate S-4 completed, balance welding and fixing of rubber seals works are in progress. Pressure Shaft Liners: All 767 ferrules have been erected. Erection of last closure ferrule in lane-1 has been completed on 19.03.2025 and welding works are in progress. Draft Tube Gates: Unit-1 to 8 (Gate No. 1 to 24): Completed including dry testing.
E&M Works: Unit-1 & Unit-2: Boxing up and Dry commissioning completed. Unit-3: Boxing up completed and pre commissioning activities are in progress. Unit-4: Stator lowered in generator pit on 14.11.2024. Final pressing of rotor rim laminations, measurement of elongation of clamping studs of rotor and dry out of stator winding bars are in progress. Assembly of bottom ring and erection of MIV are in progress. Unit-5: Erection of spiral casing including pressure testing completed. Installation of stator core key bars (52/162) and erection of MIV is in progress. Unit- 6: Erection of Draft Tube, lower pit liner (lower part) and stay ring completed. Erection of Spiral casing is in progress. Unit- 7: Erection of Draft Tube, lower pit liner (lower part) completed. Grit blasting & painting of spiral case strakes at store is in progress. Unit- 8: Erection of Draft Tube and lower pit liner (lower part) completed.

Power House Civil Package works: 15017 cum concrete placed in power house (including underground works) during Mar’24 and cumulative qty. 1319639 cum achieved out of 1467867 cum. HRT Overt and Invert Lining (7102 m) completed. 166.41 m Overt lining completed in Surge Tunnel during Mar’24 and total quantity of 3221 m completed out of 3545 m (90.86%).
E&M Works: Unit-1: Boxing up completed and pre-commissioning activities are under progress. Erection of MIV and erection of GSU transformer is completed. Unit-2: Boxing up is under progress. Erection of GSU transformer is completed. Erection of MIV is completed. Unit-3: Assembly of Rotor completed and erection of Stator is in progress. Erection of spiral casing is completed. Works in remaining Units are under progress.
HM Works: Testing and commissioning of all 08 nos. Intake Service Gates have been completed. Fabrication of ferrule and erection work of Penstock Liner is in progress (98.24 % completed).
Radial Gates: S#1: Gate is commissioned. S#2 & S#3: Gate is structurally functional. Installation of rubber seal is balance. S#4: Except 3 Trunnions all other works are balance. S#5: 84% completed. 3 Nos. skin plates and 1 No. Arm are balance. S#6: Except 4 Trunnions all other works are balance. S#7: All the 12 Nos. skin plates are erected and the welding works are in progress. Fixing of Rubber Seals is in progress. S#8: Gate is structurally functional. Fixing of Rubber Seals is in progress. S#9: All the 12 Nos. skin plates are erected and the welding works are in progress. Fixing of Rubber Seals is in progress.
