Background Information
Present Status/Major activities completed during March 2024: KAPP-3: The first largest indigenous 700 MWe Unit started operation at full capacity from August 30, 2023. KAPP-4: The Unit has been declared commercial from March 31, 2024. Currently the Unit is operating at 50% full power. The Commissioning and Operationalisation of KAPP-4 is achieved in March 2024 and with this Kakrapar Atomic Power Project Units-3&4 is completed.
