2. Runway - PQC 75423 cum completed out of 75600cum.
3. Runway Shoulder - PQC 12774 cum completed out of 13807 cum.
4. PTT - 07 Nos. Box Culvert completed for Aircraft portion in priority area for cargo operation.
5. Cargo Apron - PQC 12133 cum completed (Total 13000 cum). Extended portion of Cargo Apron - DLC Work 100% completed.
6. Trapezoidal Drain - 6930 m completed out of 9770m. RCC U-Shape open Drain 2352 m length completed out of 2656m. RCC box drain PCC work 400 m length completed and raft 280 m Completed wall 270 m Completed and Slab 35 m out of 505m
7. Perimeter road - Earthwork 5.43 Lakhs Cum completed out of 5.93 Lakhs cum.
8. Operational Boundary Wall - Foundation work 11.48 Km completed (Total 13.50 Km). Column & Panel erection 7.1 Km completed (Total 13.50 Km). Earthwork Level-II 4.4 Km completed (Total 13.50 Km)

18. Definitive Design of AGL and MEP System has been approved, Housing boxes, HDPE & GI Pipes for cable laying has been received at site. Cable laying work is in progress. AGL Housing box has been fixed on Runway shoulders. DG set has been installed in AGL substation.

2. Structural design & drawings upto superstructure for PTB received. Design & drawing of structural glazing is under vetting by IIT, Bombay.
3. RCC superstructure of Cargo building, ESS building is 100 % completed. Cargo truss erection completed. Roofing sheet installation completed. Cargo building block work completed. plastering work completed. VDF flooring is in progress. Ground floor beam & slab of ATC cum Technical block completed. 95% Soil Stablization work under pavements is completed. Approx. 20.00 Lakhs Cum Earth filling in Runway, Apron, PTT, Strip and Non-Strip Area, Perimeter Road, Boundary wall, DVOR and Fire Station for embankment construction is compleated. Revised foundation design with open foundation for Ops wall submitted on 08.01.2024 is vetted from NIT Surat. Precast RCC panels / Columns casting for boundary wall is in progress. Erection of Ops Boundary wall is in progress. Other structure like Fire station, DVOR, GP, Cooling pit, Fire pit, UG tank, OH Tank etc. has been vetted from NIT, Surat. Testing of test pile for fire station, DVOR, AGL substation and OH tank completed. Quarry permit for 22.23 Lakhs Cum has been issued by Geo & Mines deptt. for identified borrow areas Survey no. 318, 1362, 34, 26, 1363, 16, 371.
SH: II Non Operational Area Works:
Name of Work:“Construction of New Integrated Passenger Terminal Building, ATC Tower Cum Technical Block, Cargo Complex, ESS Building, Car Parking, Approach Roads, Ancillary Structures, Allied Works and Associated Electrical Works”.
L1 bidder: M/s Yashnand Engineers & Contractor Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad
Quoted amount Rs. 333.00 Cr. which is 5.30% of estimated cost.
Award of Work: 01.01.2024.
Stipulated date of start: 11.01.2024
Stipulated date of completion: 10.07.2025
Current status: : Agency has submitted Performance BG of Rs. 16.65 Cr. Soil investigation work completed and test reports received. Pile load test completed and test report received. Structural design of pile foundation for Cargo bldg & ATC cum Technical block received & for PTB is in progress. Concrete batch mix plant installation i/c calibration completed. Pile foundation in Cargo building area started from 28.03.2024.
