| 1. Due to force majeure situation arising out of war with Russia a lot of infrastructure of M/S CORUM has got destroyed in Ukraine for which supply of longwall equipment is being delayed.
2. In-seam development is going on for preparation of Gate Roads. Progress of in-seam drivage was very slow due to frequent encounter of geological disturbances.
3. BCCL is taking all possible steps to expedite the operation of the Project. | 1.
