Background Information
Obtaining stage-I Forestry Clearance for 354.258 Ha of Forest land. Status-MoEF&CC, New Delhi sought query on 09.01.2025. Reply submitted by SECL to APCCF (LM) Bhopal on 15.01.25 which was further forwarded to MoEF &CC on 20.01.25. The proposal is linked to Rajnagar ROFAC held on 29.11.2023. Site inspection done by IRO, MoEF&CC, Bhopal on 01.02.2024. CIL requested DGF&SS, MoEF, New Delhi on 05.02.24 for delinking the project from Rajnagar RO UG. SECL, Hasdeo Area requested DFO, Anuppur to consider ACA proposed in proposition for this proposal on 11.03.2024
