Reason of delay: Project has to produce 1.60 MT coal in 2020-21 for completion but achieved 1.538 MT in 2020-21. The reasons of less production are explosive crises and impact of lockdown due to pandemic. Rehabilitation of Pimpalgaon village is involved which may take time.
