Tenancy Land (63.50 Ha): Payment of house compensation for 1273 cases has been done. | 1.Environmental Clearance:EAC held on 27.06.2023. ADS raised on 10.07.2023. reply on 25.09.2023. Further ADS raised on 05.10.2023. reply submitted on 13.10.2023. EAC meeting was scheduled on 16.11.2023. MoEFCC was informed about inability to participate in EAC meeting due to rejection of Stage I FC proposal (139.86 ha) by FAC.
2.Forest Land (631.39 Ha, Revised: 139.86 Ha): Subsequently, revised Application was submitted which was also rejected by MoEFCC on 22.11.2023. Further, NCL requested DG(Forests), MoEFCC to consider reduced 127.67 Ha of forest land on 24.11.2023.D(T/PP) requested NO, Bhopal vide letter dated 14.02.2024, to reconsider the proposal and urged them to request MoEFCC to change the proposal from rejected status and transfer it to the State Government level for further processing. NO, Bhopal, in a letter dated 19.02.2024, requested MoEFCC to lift the rejection and transfer the proposal to the State Government level for further processing. MoEFCC vide letter dated 22.03.2024 has directed to submit the revised proposal on Parivesh 2.0 portal as per provisions of Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Rules, 2023.
