| *Stage-I FC compliance submitted to DFO, Dumka on 04.02.2025.
*Hard copies of Site specific Wildlife Management Plan (SWLMP), Catchment Area Treatment plan (CAT), Soil Moisture & Conservation Plan (SMP) and Village pond de-siltation plan was submitted to DFO, Dumka on 07.03.2025 towards compliance of Stage-I Forest Clearance.
*After recommendation from State Govt. Jharkhand, Stage-I FC compliance proposal has been forwarded to MoEF&CC, New Delhi on 27.03.2025.
*Officials from CEA visited and made inspection of Pachwara Coal Blocks as well as Kurva railway siding on 12.03.2025 to finalize modalities for development of ‘Nagarnabi – Ambadiha – Godda’ Railway line project.
*NLCIL letter sent to MoP, GoI on 15.03.2025 regarding consent for execution of Pakur/ Nagarnabi – Ambadiha – Godda New Line Railway Project by the Railways on a depository basis proportionate to the Mine capacity and request for intervention to expedite implementation.
*Meeting was held on 18.03.2025 under the chairmanship of Member (Thermal), CEA to finalize the modalities for development of ‘Nagarnabi – Ambadiha – Godda’ Railway line project. | Forest Clearance:
* Reply of EDS compliance has been uploaded on 19.03.2024. Currently proposal is with PCCF (Nodal Officer), Ranchi.
* CMD/NLCIL vide letter dated 23rd March 2024 requested DG Forest and Spl Secretary, MoEF and CC for expediting the Forest clearance proposal.
Feasibility Report (FR): Final approval from CCEA is under progress.
Evacuation of coal by railways: A letter has been sent to PCOM/Eastern railway on 28.03.2024 about the proposed Godda to Nagarnabi alignment which confirmed that proposed rail line is within the PSCB block boundary.
On 23.02.2024, Addl. Secretary, MoC sent DO letter to Chief Secretary, GoJ regarding PSCB GM/JJ land rate issue. |
