Draft EIA EMP received from CMPDIL on 07.11.2023. Public Hearing held on 31.01.2024. Proceedings of PH forwarded by RO, MPPCB Singrauli to MS, MPPCB Bhopal on 07.02.2024.
Application for EC (22.5 to 25.0 Mtpa) submitted on 18.02.2024, EDS raised on 21.02.2024. In compliance of EDS, revised application for EC submitted on 02.03.2024, EAC held on 20.03.2024, minutes awaited.
2.Forest Land (244.536 Ha, Revised: 229.348 Ha):The area involved in the proposal was reduced to 229.348 Ha after removing the overlap from the already diverted forest land. MoEFCC, Delhi instructed RO, Bhopal for site inspection on 06.10.2023. Site inspection by RO, Bhopal conducted on 28.11.2023 and inspection report submitted to MoEFCC on 11.12.2023. Proposal was put up in FAC meeting held on 18.12.2023, FAC recommended for Stage I FC.
Stage I FC (229.348 ha) accorded on 29.12.2023.
3.Overall Physical Progress of 10.0 MTPA Incremental CHP: 72.00%
4.Tenancy Land (188 Ha): Base rate of land and assets has been approved by the Competent Authority.
Few queries have been raised by GM(fin),HQ. Reply compiled and sent to HQ on 17.03.2024. Currently the file is with finance department, HQ.
