Notification u/s 4(1) of CBA (A&D) Act, 1957 has been issued by MoC on 25/06/2021, Gazette Publication issued on 03/07/2021.Notification of 227.16 Ha land u/s 7 (1) of CBA (A&D) Act, 1956 published in Gazette on 30/11/2021.Notification u/s 9(1) for 227.16 ha land issued on 20/06/2022, Gazette Publication issued on 20/06/2022.Notification u/s 11(1) for 227.16 ha land issued on 18/08/2022, Gazette Publication issued on 20/08/2022. Out of 213.62 Ha Tenancy land, compensation for 91.94 Ha land amounting to Rs. 18,24,28,988/- has been sanctioned by FDs in its 1019th meeting held on 05/07/2023. Till date, physical possession obtained is 158.56 Ha, land compensation amount of Rs. 31.5395 Crore.
