Amendment in ToR will be obtained after receipt of amendment in EC. 2.Forest Land (57.906 Ha, Revised: 53.142 Ha): Meeting of FAC held on 26.05.2025 MoM awaited. 3.CHP (4.0 Mtpa Incremental):58 percent1.Environmental Clearance:Application for amendment in TOR (15.0 to 20.0 Mtpa) will be submitted after approval of Mining Plan (20.0 Mtpa). 2.Forest Land (57.906 Ha, Revised: 53.142 Ha):EDS raised by Govt. of MP on 13.10.2023. CF, Rewa forwarded the reply of query to NO(MP) on 15.11.2023. Govt. of MP forwarded the proposal to MoEFCC on 31.01.2024. EDS raised by MoEFCC to Govt. of MP on 28.02.2024. APCCF(LM)NO(MP) raised EDS to DFO, Singrauli on 07.03.2024. DFO, Singrauli has forwarded the EDS to Khadia Project on 14.03.2024. 3.CHP (4.0 Mtpa Incremental):4.0 Mtpa Incremental CHP: Site handed over on 17.03.2024(S.K Samantha).Soil test and topographical survey is under process.
