Background Information

MoEF&CC issued amendment vis-a-viz amalgamation of EC for a production capacity of 3.20 MTY on 08.06.2020. Out of 857.60 Ha of PR provision, 775.61 Ha (90 %) land is in physical possession.Notification u/s 11(1) issued on 14/06/2022, Gazette Publication issued on 18/06/2022.Land compensation of Rs. 10,38,95,666/- against 58.84 Ha tenancy land has been sanctioned on 06/02/2023. Against this acquisition, entire land Compensation is disbursed. Proposal for land compensation of Rs. 84,48,720/- against 2.62 Ha Govt land is under approval of competent authority. During 2022-23 production is 2.5055 MT.
