GMJJ Land involved – 726 acres Earlier, demand note of INR 688 Crore dated 01.09.2021 was raised against 726 acres of GMJJ land by GoJ INR 550 Crore was deposited Revised demand note of Rs 1963.50 crores has been raised. Issue of revised and enhanced demand note for GMJJ land by state govt. is required to be resolved. However, CCL authorities has expressed concerns that imposing commercial rates on agricultural land will adversely affecting the project viability
