Background Information
Notification U/s. 9(i) for 374 Ha land (336.50 Ha Tenancy+37.50 Ha Govt Land) issued on 17 February 2014. In the month of March 2023, possession of 31.101 Ha govt land (out of 37.50 Ha) was obtained by disbursing land compensation Rs 11.211 Cr. Land compensation of Rs. 59.82 Cr against 307.06 Ha tenancy land has been sanctioned by FDs in its 1011th meeting held on 15/05/2023. Land compensation of Rs. 5,29,38,704/- against 26.53 Ha land (part of 374 Ha land) has been sanctioned by FDs in its 1026th meeting held on 11/08/2023. Till date, physical possession obtained is 186.06 Ha, land compensation amount of Rs. 25.826 Crore.
