| The tentative total area involved in the PR is about 740.00 Ha. In addition to this, about 15 Ha land has been proposed for acquisition outside the mine boundary for Saholi village rehabilitation. Thus total land requirement of the project is 755.00 Ha. Out of which 315.13 Ha additional land is proposed to be acquired in the PR. Rest of the land 424.87 Ha is already in possession in the old PR of Singhori OC Mine.In third phase, Notification u/s 7(1) in respect of 315.15 Ha land has been issued on 14/11/2023 and Gazette publication issued on 16/11/2023. Proposal for sec9(1) is under preparation. |
