| * Main Plant area (In Jharsuguda District- 880 Ac.): IDCO has handed over possession of Tenancy land (518.7 Ac) in Hirma, Kumbhari, Luherrenkachar&Tumbekela village to NLCIL. IDCO has allocated advance possession of 127.22 Ac. govt land to NLCIL. 280 Nos. PDFs of Hirma &Kumbhari village have been allotted houses in R&R Colony. 220 PDFs have been shifted to R&R Colony. 66 PDFs have opted for self-relocation. For Tareikela village, 85% payment has been completed which includes civil deposit. Possession yet to be handed over by Dist. Admin.
*Additional Land (In Jharsuguda District- 489 Ac.): Sec-11(1) notification issued on 21.02.2024. IDCO has allocated advance possession of 16.17 Ac. govt land to NLCIL. Objection hearing held on 30.07.2024. IDCO vide letter Dt. 20.02.2025 has demanded for acquisition cost and admin charges. NLCIL requested to furnish the detailed breakup of cost.

*R&R Colony (In Jharsuguda District- 104 Ac.): As per SIA study, there are 762 PDFs in Project area. Construction of 322 houses is under progress in 63.74 Ac out of 104 Ac, as the balance 40.47 Ac. land is not suitable for taking up construction work for remaining houses to accommodate the PDFs’ of Tareikela village. Work is under progress on 13.53 Ac. land. NLCIL has applied for 50 Ac. of land to Dist Admin. for construction of balance houses for R&R colony. IPICOL has accorded approval for 50 Ac. Land. Topo survey completed. Demarcation to be done by IDCO. | a) Main Plant area (In Jharsuguda District- 880 Ac.) 48 nos. PDFs have been Shifted to R&R Colony. 12 nos. original PDFs houses demolition of shifted PDFs in the Hirma village completed. House allotment of balance 49 PDFs of Hirma village completed. b) b) R&R Colony (In Jharsuguda District- 104 Ac.): Tree enumeration works are under progress. Dist. Admin is processing the lease proposal. R&DM has sanctioned lease order for 20.95 Ac. Govt. land (C Block) sanction to NLCIL. The R&R colony construction work is under progress. |
