| • CBM Gas supply from Bokaro GCS to Urja ganga P/L network commenced from 16.07.2024.
• As the major portion of the project has been completed and the objectives have been successfully achieved with the project now in production, it is considered closed. Therefore, this project will be excluded from reporting starting next month.
| Project facilities being executed through 02 packages.
Package-1 (Facilities-GCS, EPS 1 & 2 and Pipelines):
• NOA for facility package placed to Consortium of M/s Tata Projects Ltd. and M/s Corrtech International Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai on 29.06.2017.
• EPS-2 PGTR completed on 24.01.2020 and EPS-1 PGTR completed on 27.11.2020.
• Pipeline laying work completed.
• Site Acceptance Test (SAT) completed for booster Gas compressors, instrument compressors (IA) and Generator (GEG) set.
• Commissioning activities completed for 3 Process Gas Compressor (PGC).
• All 5 compressor packages SAT completed.
Package 2: Land acquisition:
• Total LAQ completed for 69 sites.
Drilling of wells:
• Drilling of 98/141 new wells completed.
Issues / critical area:
There is delay in drilling of wells due to LAQ for remaining wells & overlap issue for 23 wells.
LAQ issue:
• Matter has been taken up with the District Collector / Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro & Ramgarh Districts on a continuous basis for expediting the acquisition of Chotanagpur tenancy act (CNT) land.
• Matter has been taken up with the Sub registrar, Bokaro on a continuous basis for immediate registry of pending cases for Non-CNT category of Land.
Well site overlap issue:
Twenty three (23) drilling locations are in overlap with CCL. A joint working group (JWG) with all stakeholders under the chairmanship of Director Technical Coal India Ltd formed to deliberate the issue. Meeting of JWG held on 02.08.2022 and 06.09.2022 and accordingly ONGC submitted required documents on 14.09.2022 to M/s CCL. Third JWG meeting held on 19.12.2022. Again a meeting with Director (Technical)-CCL held on 06.01.2023. Issue is yet to be resolved. |
