• Pre-engineering survey completed. Planning package approved.
• Hazard identification study (HAZID) completed on 11.10.2022 and Hazardous Operability (HAZOP) study on 14.10.2022.
• Design, engineering, procurement and manufacturing are in progress.
Procurement and Manufacturing Status:
* All 21 nos Glycol Circulation Pumps arrived at site. Shutdown Valves for Konaban Arrived at site 8 no of standalone equipment (2 no Inlet separator, 2 no Overhead scrubber and 4 no particulate filters) reached to Konaban site on 08.04.2023 01 no Fuel Gas KOD, 02 nos Glycol Flash Drum, 04 nos Charcoal Filters, 02 nos Surge Drum received at Konsaban site. 04 nos Particulate Filters, 02 nos Fuel Gas KOD and 02 nos Flash Drum received at site Total 37 vessels (Konaban-27, Sonamura-5, Gojalia-5) arrived at site out of 67.
* LOI/PO placed for Energy Exchange Pump, Antifoam and Ph Corrosion Inhibitor Skid, Shut down valves, Column internals & dual chamber orifice meter, restricted orifice meter, manual valves, control valves and restriction orifice. 01 no Fuel Gas KOD, 02 nos Glycol Flash Drum, 04 nos Charcoal Filters, 02 nos Surge Drum dispatched for Konaban site. Total 37 vessels arrived at site out of 67
