The Design and Engineering Consultant (DEC) project awarded to M/s PDIL Baroda in April 2022 has completed technical bid preparation and received approvals for key execution parameters. Due to cost escalations, the project strategy has been revised to hire polymer injection facilities instead of owning them, enabling early oil realization at reduced costs. De-scoping has been implemented to align with revised financial parameters. The project is currently awaiting board approval for the revised sanction incorporating the hired facility model, after which NIT for surface facilities will be published. Drilling operations show strong progress with 27 of 63 wells completed (10 PI + 17 OP wells), while the way forward for facilities is under finalization.RetryClaude can make mistakes.
