Background Information
Board agenda for revised sanction considering hired polymer injection facility is being put up. ¿ After Board approval, NIT for creation of surface facilities will be published. ¿ Way forward for the facilities is under process. ¿ Drilling of 27/63 wells completed. 27 wells (10 PI + 17 OP) Facility: • NOA for Design and Engineering Consultant (DEC) placed on 12.04.2022 to M/s PDIL Baroda. • DEC made site visit to Technical bid preparation. Meeting held with DEC, Asset and OES on 17th & 18th August-22 for scope finalization. • Tender is being prepared by consultant in three groups. Final TBP for Group B submitted by DEC on 10.02.2023. Bid package submitted to Asset for approval. Costing evaluation in progress. Execution methodology approved. * Milestone Payement Formula, Purhase Specification & Special Contract condition approved. * De-Scope is required (due to revised costs wrt FR)and is in process. Drilling: • Drilling of 22/63 wells completed.
