Background Information
Facilities: Laying of pipe lines: Scope of Work approved. NIT placed on 19.08.2023. PBC held on 04.09.2023. Replies to queries submitted on 19.09.2023. TBO held on 17.10.2023. Price bid opened on 01.12.2023. Waiting for legal opinion. Surface facilities creation: Scope proposed for LSTK to be revisited in-line with earlier envisaged works/ activities & approved sanction cost. Case of hiring of DEC for the LSTK work to be reframed in accordance with revised SOW. Approval for SoW, SCC, Price Format etc. for hiring of DEC is under progress. New GCP: (Flare + Fire-fighting + F&G + Service water system etc) NoA for DEC hiring placed on 29.03.2023. Draft TBP preparation for LSTK scope under progress by DEC agency. DEC provided draft TBP & cost estimates on 08.08.2023. Comments on CRS given to DEC on 13.10.2023. DEC finalizing cost and TBP. Final TBP and cost estimates have been prepared and are currently under approval. Compressor hiring: Scope of work firmed up by MDT. Tendering-Sanction process initiated. Facility EDC: February-2025. Drilling of wells: 105/214 wells completed and 2 wells under drilling.
