• Road & Drain Works: WIP (31%) Initial contract terminated. Re-tender done in Apr’24 & LOA issued in Jul’24. Site handed over in Aug’24, Work in Progress. Work part-offloaded in Jun’25 due to poor performance.
2) Mechanical works
• Tankage: Fire Water Tanks (2 nos.), HSD (2 nos.), MS (3 nos.) and SKO (2 nos.), UG Tanks (3 nos.) Completed
• Pipelines: WIP (92.8%)
o TLF, TWD, Tank & FW PH Manifold laying complete. WIP - OWS Pit, Hydrotesting, Radiography, Painting, Product & FH P/L Work for Tank Wagon Decantation Gantry.
3) Electrical Works (75.7%)
o DED Completed. Cable tray, High masts, Earthing Strips, Transformers, DG, Cables, FLP Fittings, DBs delivered. Installation under progress.
4) Automation works. (51%)
o DED Completed. DCS, Safety PLC, Cables, Cable Trays, TFMS delivered. Installation under progress.
5) VRU works. (43.5%)
o DED Completed. Procurement & Fabrication WIP
