1.For Aromatics, original LSTK contract was terminated due to non performance on 24.09.2024. The contractor went to court and finally Honourable HC-Bengaluru has given favourable verdict to MRPL on 17/02/2025. No jobs/ actions could be taken from 24.09.2024 till 17.02.2025. After the favourable verdict, MRPL took actions directly for procurement activity & completed the order placement for all the items required for Aromatic complex. MRPL placed orders for civil & electrical works for Aromatic complex and all erection activities completed. CEA application filed for approval. Expected completion by 15.07.2025.
2.All works other than Main Receiving Station (MRS) package works shall be completed by November-2025. | Ordering:

Pipe Fittings – price bid opened.
Motorised Butterfly valves – under evaluation.
Motorised Globe Valves – under evaluation.
Manual Butterfly valves & NRVs– price bid opened.
