| 1. Compound wall construction- Initial contractor was terminated at 9% progress and remaining works are awarded to alternate vendor. Progress achieved is 45 %. Substructure structure for compound wall is nearing completion. Super structure works commenced.
2. Tankage works - Schedule - 1 (for benzene tanks), 74 % works completed. Civil works completed for all 4 Tanks. Refractory lining works completed. Mechanical works commenced for all 4 tanks. One tank final works for hydrotesting in progress. Last shell erection completed for 2 tanks. One last tank 6 shell erected.
3. Tankage Schedule-2 (for Toluene tanks)- 51% Works completed. Civil works for all 3 Tanks completed. Refractory lining works completed for all 3 tanks. Roof structure erected for all 3 tanks. Tanks lifting commenced and shell erection welding in progress.
4. Land development and TT parking area -100 % work completed.
5. PEB sheds - 28 % work progress. Designing activity completed for all structural sheds. 3D model review completed and updated drawing submission in progress. 60 Tons of PEB structure delivered at site. further PEB structure fabrication in progress. Foundation works for Petchem pipe bridge in progress.
6. Piling works – 100% work completed.
7. Road and Drains - Pipe way bridge 4/4 work completed. ERC-IRC 40/80 and Box culvert 17/20 completed. Further box culvert and drain works in progress. Drain 1450/3350 meters completed. Oil Catcher pit – wall casting completed up to 3.5 meters.
8. Civil Building works- Cumulative progress achieved 35%. Slab casting of all building completed except Admin building and blast resistant control room. Flooring tiles laying commenced for TT crew amenity building.
9. PO placed for Pipeline works - Fire Hydrant line pedestal casting in progress 950/969. Pipeline blasting and primer painting in progress. 9000/28000 meter Product and Utility pipelines laying completed., welding and testing in progress.
10. Dyke wall, pedestal works and Pit- Product line pedestal works 170/200 nos. casted. UG vessel pit and OWS pit excavation completed. UG vessel pit wall last lift casting in progress.
11. Electrical works – Initial datasheet and supply items details submitted for approval clearance provided for HT cable.
12. TAS works – KOM held with vendor. Initial data submission in progress. | 1. EPMC for Design engineering consultancy- PO Placed.
