Energy , Ivy ) , AHTs( Shakti, AK-9) , Crew Boats(KPS-Shivali , Gomti & Mahi)) ,AWB( Urja) have been closed.
PLB- Barge-2 ( DLB Kenenna) CPA has issued for Dry tow transportation from Nigeria to India. Ministry of
Defence clearances 9 /14 completed. MOHA clearances are under process.

¿ Pre-Construction Survey by Acoms 11 completed( 19/19 segments).
DP-DSV -Wilchief-I mobilized on 24-10-2024 for Thickness Gauging and Cut point identification on existing
pipeline, Coating removal for SPRU Installation, Bow string installation and Temporary Support Installation.

Pipe Laying Barge Leighton Eclipse was expected to be mobilized on 28-10-2024 but delayed due to
malfuntioning of tow Tug.

¿ Pipe Laying Barge: - PLB Leighton Eclipse reached Heera Field on 27.11.2024 to initiate Pipe Lay.
¿ Pipe lay started on 04.12.2024
Laying of 14 (HSC-HRG, HSD-HRC, HE-HRG, HRG-HS,HRG-HX, WI2-N3 ,SA-SB, SF-BHS, SQ-BHS & RS8-
ID, NM-MNP, IU-ICG, SE-MSP & SJ-SA) out of 19 segments completed on 29.04.2025.

11 segments handed over to Asset.

Pipe laying progress was slow due to T&I contrcators reported commercial issues and Technical issues of
Eclipse.
¿ All the vessels have been demobilised from Offshore | * Project awarded to M/s Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd. on 07.12.2023
* Kick off meeting held on 15.12.2023 with M/s MDL. 1st MRM held on 09.01.2024.
* M/s Fugro mobilised the vessel on 14th Jan 2024. Pre-Engineering Survey completed on 30th Jan 2024 for all the segments.
* Design Engineering by M/s Oceanergy is in progress.
* All 9 PO placed including T&I contractor & PMC, Design & Survey agencies , LSAW & Seamless linepipes, Coating agency, flanges, SPRU. PO is being placed for insurance. PO placed to WERL: T&I and PMC agency
