-CCR (MPH-I) & STG-I: Structure erection completed and 3,972/5,049 MT STG equipment erection completed.
-Chimney: Outer shell concreting, Borosilicate lining and erection of flue cans for Unit-1 completed. Erection of flue cans for Unit-2 is under progress.
-DM Plant: Structure and equipment erection work completed.
-CHP System: 8,433/ 11,200 MT of structure erection and 3,192/ 9,400 MT equipment erection completed.
-MPHB-II & STG-II: 4,786/ 5,235 MT structure erection completed.
-CW pipe: 2,992/ 3,061 MT completed.
2.Rail infrastructure:
Land: Physical possession certificate for 137 acres of land issued by District Administration. Demarcation of 116-acre land completed. Work stopped since 10.01.2023 due to local agitation. Matter regarding compensation disbursement of land compensation is under LARR court, Patna. Till date 45 hearings held in LARR Court and 179 land owners received compensation. Meeting held with Secretary (Power), MoP & Chief Secretary, GoB on 12.08.2024 wherein all concerned in the District Administration were directed to expedite the resolution of land issue. Further, meeting being held with DM, SDM, DLO and CO-chausa on regular basis.
Main packages: Pkg 1, 2, 3, 4 & 7 have been awarded.
Package-1 & 2- Supply completed.
Package- 3&4– Work is in progress.
Package- 5&6- Under tendering process.
Package-7- 50% supply received. Further supply put on hold due to non-availability of front.
3. Water Corridor: Approval for alternate water arrangement received from Water Resource Department, GoB on 18.04.2024. Lease agreement for 35 years with Irrigation Deptt., GoB is under process.
4.Coal arrangement: Long-term coal linkage tied up through CCL on 10.12.18. Fuel Supply Agreement signed with CCL on 27.07.21 for long term linkage of coal.
5. Alternate Coal transportation arrangement: Alternate arrangement for coal transportation has been planned and MoU with ECR (Danapur) was signed on 27.01.2023 for construction of Multi modal Gati Shakti Cargo terminal. LoA for construction of Cargo Terminal issued by ECR (Danapur) on 23.02.2023. Construction work by Railways is in progress. Earthwork and blanketing work have been completed and sleepers, rails and ballast laying along with signaling and telecommunication work is in progress.
6. Power Evacuation: Transmission line works completed in all respects and Buxar-Naubatpur Line (400kV) charged for start-up Power. | 1. Main Plant works:

-DM Plant: Structure erection completed and 199/250 MT equipment erection completed.
-CHP System: 7,201/ 11,200 MT of structure erection and 2,138/ 9,400 MT equipment erection completed.
-MPHB-II & STG-II: 4,635/ 5,235 MT structure erection completed.
-CW pipe: 2,476/ 3,061 MT completed.

As per the general order of LARRA court, Patna dated 28.12.2023, the LARRA court directed District Administration to rework the compensation amount based on nature of land and its distances from NH/ SH along with other factors.

4.Coal arrangement: Long-term coal linkage tied up through CCL on 10.12.18. Fuel Supply Agreement signed with CCL on 27.07.21 for long term linkage of coal.
5. Alternate Coal transportation arrangement: Alternate arrangement for coal transportation has been planned and MoU with ECR (Danapur) was signed on 27.01.2023 for construction of Multi modal Gati Shakti Cargo terminal. LoA for construction of Cargo Terminal issued by ECR (Danapur) on 23.02.2023. Earthwork completed and blanketing work is in completed. Sleepers, rails and ballast laying work is in progress.
6. Power Evacuation: Transmission line works completed and kept in antitheft charging mode.
