| • All necessary clearances viz FC, EC Mining Lease, CTE, CTO, Mine opening permission etc. accorded.
• Coal Evacuation Corridor & Railway Siding:
i. Govt. Land (14.28 Ha) & Private Land (11.54 Ha): Possession given on 20.12.21.
ii. Forest Land (0.87 Ha): Stage-II clearance for diversion of 0.87 Ha forest land accorded on 27.01.2022.
• Detail Exploration & preparation of Geological Report: Mining Plan approved by MoC on 13.03.20. However, MoC vide letter dtd.13.01.20 given observation for carrying out detailed exploration & preparation of Geological Report. Drilling & exploration of all 86 Boreholes in forest & non-forest area has been completed. Geological Report has been submitted by CMPDIL on 25.10.2022.
• Appointment of MDO: Amelia coal mine is being operated in MDO mode by M/s Amelia Coal Mining Ltd. (ACML).
• Construction Power: Estimate has been approved by MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur. Award of work is expected shortly.
• Shifting of 3 no’s HT Lines: Shifting of all 3 Nos HT Lines has been completed.
• R&R Works: 495 Plots allotted to PAFs who have opted for plots (out of 574 PAFs).
• Land acquisition (1412.37 Ha.):
1. Private/tenancy land (337.35 Ha): Possession of entire 337.35 Ha land has been given to THDCIL.
2. Govt. land of Coal Block (178.13 Ha): Possession of Govt. land has been given to THDCIL. Permission of tree felling has been given on 18.01.22. THDCIL has requested concerned authorities to expedite the tree felling and shifting of Govt. structures from mining area.
3. Forest land (843.76 Ha.): 139 Ha Priority-I land has been given to THDCIL after tree felling. DFO has been requested to expedite the tree cutting and handing over the balance land.
