| • SG Pkg- All facilities of Unit-1 are operational. Unit-2 BLU was done on 11.04.25 and steam blowing completed on 30.05.25. Post-steam blowing restoration works are under progress. FGD and AHP works in progress. In ESP, Pass-F, E, D and C ATT completed, erection in balance passes works in progress.
• TG Pkg- Unit-1 is in operation since COD on 26.01.25. Unit-2 TG on Barring Gear achieved on 25.03.25. MDBFP is ready, TDBFP-1 and 2 put on barring gear. ST-2 and UAT-2A and 2B successfully charged. All 03 GTs of Unit-2 along with UT-2A and 2B are ready for charging. SPBD and IPBD erection also done.
• Switchyard Pkg- is operational and power is being evacuated.
• Railway Siding Pkg- Railway Siding is operational for coal transportation.
• CT Pkg- CT-1 is operational. CT-2 is also ready for operation.
• Coal Handling Plant pkg- Coal, Limestone and Gypsum handling systems are operational along with WT-1&2 and SR-1&2, Coal Crusher and Lime-crusher House. 321 no. of coal rakes received and stacked at Khurja stockyard so far. WT-3 complex system erection work in advance stage.
• CW System Equipment Package- RWPH is operational. CWPH facility for Unit-1 was already operational and now also ready for Unit-2.
• Water Treatment Plant & Misc. pkg- UF-RO Plant, DM make-up, DM regeneration pumps, clarifiers are operational. Mechanical work of Coal Handling Effluent Treatment plant (CHETP) completed, electrical works in advance stage. Fire-Fighting system in TPs and conveyers is operational for Unit-1.
• Ash Dyke Package- Lagoon-1 and 2 are in service, OFL is ready for charging. Lagoon-3 works in advance stage of progress.
• Make-up Water System is operational. | • SG Pkg- Main Boiler-1 Light-Up done on 21.03.24. FOPH,Air-compressor,Chimney-1 ready. Boiler-1&2,ESP-1&2,FGD-1&2, Ash-Handling System, Pipe&Cable-Rack, Transformers, Cable-tray&Coal Conveyer structure,Chimney-2 work in progress. Raw Water Reservoir-1 operational, Reservoir-2 nearing completion.
• TG Pkg-TG-1 Barring Gear done on 09.12.23. DC System commissioned. ST-1 charged. all CEP of Unit-1 commissioned. ACW,DMCW,Boiler Feed Water System ready. Unit-1 GT-1,2 ready for commissioning,GT-3 readiness for commissioning and Unit-2 Turbine, Condenser erection in progress.
• Switchyard Pkg- 400 kV Switchyard successfully charged. Transmission line and Sub-station is ready for power evacuation.
• Railway siding Pkg- Construction of majority bridges done, ROR,Trough-Wall,CRB,S&T,OHE works,Rail linking in progress. Engine rolling on Railtrack conducted from downline to plant yard.
• CT Pkg- CT-1 ready with fill media, Switchgear building, outlet channel reay. Fan erection, cabling in progress. CT-2 fill-media installation in progress,Switchgear building &Outlet channel nearing completion.
• Coal Handling Plant pkg- In CFP-1,Structure/equipment erection of WT-1 complex, TPs, Conveyors, CCH, Cable Galleries/Trestles,SR-1,LSCH, LCC, Pent house nearing completion. WT-2 ready for erection. Civil work in WT-3, SR-2 &Coal Path-2 in progress.
• CW System Equipment Package-Equipment supply almost completed, erection&commissioning in progress.
• CW System Civil Works Package- RWPH and CWPH operational.
• Water Treatment Plant & Misc. pkg- DM water available. HRSCC PT-CW, UF-RO DM plant operational. MCC room-CWT, dosing shed, Booster-Pump house,CHEPT plant in progress.
• Ash Dyke Package- Filling of COT, Sand blanketing,Dyke formation in Lagoon-1,2,3&OFL completed, Impervious lining, slope dressing levelling, Toe-Drain, Water Escape Structure,Geo-textile work in progress.
• Make-up Water System- facility is functional to supply water to Plant. |
