ii)EM Works: Works awarded to M/s Voith Hydro on 19.01.2022. Erection of Draft tube liners for both units completed on 13.05.2024. Spiral case & stay ring for unit-1 delivered on 07.12.2024 & 15.12.2024 respectively. MDCC for spiral case for unit-2 issued on 06.12.2024 and is under transportation.
iii)EOT crane for Power House: Erection completed in service bay on 15.11.2024.
iv)Power evacuation system: Work of construction of 220 kV Transmission line from switchyard to HPPTCL network awarded to M/s KEC International Pvt. Ltd on 14.06.2022. Case for diversion of forest land was forwarded to IRO, MoEF&CC for approval on 28.09.2024. Forest clearance Stage-1 accorded by MOEF&CC on 29.05.2025. Signing of agreements for purchase of private land (38 ha) is in progress. Work of tower foundation in private land is in progress.

ii) EM Works: Works awarded to M/s Voith Hydro on 19.01.2022. Design/ drawings of DT liner, stay ring, spiral casing, generator foundation and generator barrel have been approved. Draft tube liners for both main units received at site and erection started w.e.f. 11.02.2024. All three segments of DT placed and welding is in progress. Fabrication of spiral case & stay ring for unit-1 completed and for unit-2 is in progress.
iii) EOT crane for Power House: Crane delivered at site on 01.12.2023.
iv) Power evacuation system: Work for construction of 220 kV transmission line from switchyard to HPPTCL network in Alampur awarded on 14.06.2022. Detailed survey completed. Case for diversion of forest land submitted on 14.06.2023. Project screening meeting held on 20.03.2024 wherein case has been proposed for acceptance for stage-1 clearance. Signing of agreements with land owners for private land is under process. Excavation and concreting works for Tower foundation in private land are in progress.
