Background Information

• The project is being executed by Bundelkhand Saur Urja Ltd (A Joint Venture between NHPC Ltd. and UPNEDA). Letter of Award for EPC Contract including O&M for 10 years issued on 17.03.2021. PPA has been signed between BSUL and UPPCL on 28.04.2022. • Project partially commissioned during July-Aug-2022 with capacity of 26 MW. UPNEDA on 21.03.2024 issued CoD certificate for commissioning of balance 39 MW capacity on 07.03.2024. • The supply of required 94 MWp solar pv modules for project has been completed. Other balance & minor activities are under progress. DC capacity addition has been completed for the available modules Other balance & minor activities are also in progress. • Letter of Award for EPC Contract including O&M for 10 years issued on 17.03.202. Project partially commissioned during July-Aug-2022 with capacity of 26 MW. UPNEDA on 21.03.2024 issued CoD certificate for commissioning of balance 39 MW capacity on 07.03.2024. • UPPCL provided extension of time of SCOD of Project upto 31.03.2024 without levy of Liquidated damages. • The supply of module was mainly affected due to global supply chain disruption because of COVID-19 and subsequent impact of BCD w.e.f. 01.04.2022. • The supply of 38 MWp SPV out of balance 56 MWp modules has been completed. 02 MWp module in transit and Inspection of balance module is scheduled on April’24.
