| 1.DE at a cost of Rs 1160.48 Crs was sanctioned by RB on 21.07.2016. Revised Estimate at a cost Rs.2780.78 submitted to Rly Bd on 12.03.2024.
2.State Govt has been requested vide ltr dt 28.08.23 to convey their acceptance for sharing 1/3rd of the revised cost i.e Rs 1003.71 Crs.
3.Total land Required : 1145.586 Ha, Acquired : 1013.433 Ha, Balance : 96.03 Ha. Total 416 Cr was deposited by TS-Govt till now and a balance of 510.93 Cr to be deposited. TS-Govt is being pursued for deposition of balance funds. Reminder letter sent to Chief Secretary / Telangana written on 28.01.2025 by GM/SCR for expediting Land Acquisition and depositing balance amount towards cost sharing.
4.Project is divided into 5 phases as follows Phase-I bet Manoharabad- Gajwel, 32 Km CRS inspection completed on 18-06-2020 and authorized on 19-06-20.
5. Phase-II bet Gajwel-Kodakandla, CRS inspection done for a length of 12.25 Km on 11.02.22 and CRS authorization received on 28.02.22. Gajwel Yard converted into crossing station with facility for two loops, Goods line and Goods platform. Workman special (DEMU) successfully ran on 26.04.2022. Goods shed at on 26.06.22. Phase –III bet Kodakandla - Duddeda(21.68 Km) commissioned on 31.03.23. Phase –IV bet Duddeda-Siddipet(11.10 Km): (11.135 Km) commissioned on 20.09.2023. Phase –V bet Siddipet – Sircilla (37.15 km) is targeted in 2025-26 & bet Sircilla - Kothapalli (39.01 Km) is targeted in 2026-27.
6. EPC tender for Siricilla-Vemulawada is under process. Total 76.136 Km commissioned as on 20.09.2023 .Balance :75.22 Km. Subject to handing over of land & deposition of 1/3rd share by Telangana Telangana Govt) EPC Tender awarded for Siddipet–Sricilla(30 Km) at cost of Rs.380.30 Cr on 04.12.2023 | 1.DE at a cost of Rs 1160.48 Crs was sanctioned by RB on 21.07.2016.
