| The project had been declared as a special Railway Project through Gazette notification dated 28.02.2023. Notification for competent authority had been issued on 07.04.2023. Contract for Relocation survey awarded on 30.05.23 and work is in progress. NOC for forest clearance tree cutting under progress. LAQ: 20A Notification issued for all villages and JM under process. The EPC tender can be invited only after acquisition of land. Due to delay in acquisition of land, GM has accorded approval for calling of BOQ tenders. Two BOQ tenders for Dabhoi - Waghodia & Waghodia- Samalaya has been opened on 27.07.23 and awarded on 17.11.23 & 20.11.23.
Dabhoi-Wagodia (20.29 KM): Earthwork:2% work is in progress.
Critical issues:- Land acquisition and transfer of Govt land
Wagodia-Samlaya (26.13 KM):- Minor bridges work is in progress.
Critical issues:-Land transfer from VMC in front of Theme park and other land
TDC : 32.306 Km - Commissioned (Miyagam-Dabhoi)
: 51.23 Km - Oct.25 (Dabhoi - Samlaya) [Phase-II Dabhoi-Wagodia (20.29 KM): -May.25, Phase-III Wagodia-Samlaya (26.13 KM):--Oct.25] | Work completed in Miyagaon to Dabhoi (32.31 km) and CRS inspection conducted on 02.03.2023 for passenger trains with diesel loco, OHE work (95% progress ). Between Dabhoi - Samalaya section ( 46.60 Km), land acquisition (180 hact) work started after realignment for proposed speed potential (130 Kmph) with elimination of LCs, modification of curves etc.. After land acquisition, EPC tender will be invited. |
