Background Information
As per Rly Board s letter No. 2006/W-2/ER/SY/NL/HG pt. Dt. 07.02.2011 project is on 50/50 cost sharing basis with Jharkhand Government. Revised estimate costing Rs. 663.13 Cr. sanctioned on 06.02.20. Share of cost of Jharkhand Govt. is Rs. 331.56 Crs. against the fund deposited Rs. 199.85 crs. So, balance fund to deposit against this work is Rs. 131.71 Crs. by Jharkhand Govt. State Govt is requested to deposit balance fund against their share of cost early. Hansdiha – Godda (32.0Km) : Entire project commissioned (i) Hansdiha – Poreyahat (15.50 Km) : Commissioned on 30.08.2019 (ii) Poreyahat – Godda (16.50 Km) : Commissioned on 05.03.2021
