| i) For the section, Urukere - Thimmarajanahalli (13.5 Km) work is in progress.
ii) EPC tender for the section between CTA- Bharmasagar of Km:28.72 was called on 24.08.23 with bid opening date as 01.04.2024 as the land will be handed over by GoK only in Apr-24.
iii) For the remaining sections, EPC tenders will be called after acquiring 90% of land by Government of Karnataka.
iv) GM/SWR vide letter No.W.193/CN/BNC/IDD/General dt 05.10.2023 has requested to direct all the concerned to expedite the land acquisition for all the new lines and hand over the same at the earliest. | (i) Revised estimate including TRD estimate prepared with an amount of Rs. 2142.34 Cr and submitted to Railway board on 17.04.2023.
(ii) LOA for a value of Rs. 258.125 Cr has been issued on 21.09.2022 for EPC tender in the section Tholahunse - Bhramasagara (20.36 Km)
(iii) IDD/GoK deposited with Railways Rs. 10.06 Cr towards NPV & CA charges for Chitradurga, Tumkur & Davangere district forest land.
(iv)For the section, Urukere - Thimmarajanahalli (13.5 Km) upto track linking is targeted for completion in this financial year and work is in progress.
(v) For the remaining sections, EPC tenders will be called after acquiring 90% of land by Government of Karnataka. |
