| Progress for May’2025
1. In between Koraput-Lakshmipur Road (61.313KM), Three block sections i.e Dummuriput-Damanjodi (8.125 Km) commissioned on 23.12.2022, Koraput-Dummuriput (10.775 Km) commissioned on 10.01.2023 and Damanjodi-Baiguda (14.600 Km) commissioned on 07.01.2024. Further work is in progress in between Baiguda-Kakirigumma section (About 12.385 Km) and Kakirigumma-Lakshmipur Road section (About 15.428 Km) which are being planned for commissioning in phases during 2024-25.
2. In Baiguda-Kakiriguma –Lakshmipur Road sections (27.813 Km), during May’25, Hard rock removal of about 2000 Cum, Concrete work in Major Bridges (Piles) & Minor Bridges of about 2000 Cum, Earthwork in filling of about 5000 Cum, , Blanketing of about 1000 Cum, and Ballast Spreading of about 1000 Cum was executed is under progress.
3. In Baiguda-Kakiriguma –Lakshmipur Road sections (27.813 Km), during May’25, Girder supply of 30.5mtr-(85MT ) 1- span in Br.122 Composite girder, 1X18.3mtr (28MT) in Br.no.131 Composite Girder, 1x24.4 mtr (46 MT) in Br.no.124 Composite Girder was executed.
4. In between Lakshmipur Road – Singapur Road (103.247 Km), Two block sections In Lakshmipur Road-Singaram section (About 13.630 Km) commissioned on 07.05.2024, Singaram-Tikiri section (About 8.265 Km) Commissioned on 08.05.2024.
5. Bhalumaska-Sikarpai section (About 9.465 Km), during May’25, Earthwork in Cutting of about 6990 Cum, Concreting of about 425.807 Cum was executed.
6. Sikarpai-Keutguda section (About 15.482 Km), during May’25, Hard rock removal of about 32500 Cum, Earthwork in Cutting of about 18600 Cum, Earthwork in filling of about 6000 Cum, Concreting of about 404.887 Cum and Tunnel boring of about 152.6 mtrs was executed.
7. Keutguda – Singapur Road section (About 9.625 Km), during May’25, Hard rock removal of about 8404 Cum, Earthwork in Cutting of about 18185 Cum, Earthwork in filling of about 7000 Cum, and Concreting of about 759.587 Cum was executed.

In Baiguda-Kakiriguma –Lakshmipur Road sections (27.813 Km), during March’2024, Earthwork in filling of about 28000 Cum, Hard rock removal of about 30000 Cum, Earthwork in Cutting of about 28000 Cum and Minor Bridges & drains Concrete of about 1500 Cum, Concrete work in Major Bridges (Piles) & Minor Bridges of about 2000 Cum, Blanketing of about 1300 Cum, Ballast Supply of about 4300 Cum was executed. In Tunnel No.1, 2, 3 & 4, Portal approaches, Tunnel under ground excavation Completed. Lining is completed in Tunnel No 3 and is under progress in Tunnel No: 1&4.
3. DGPS survey in Baiguda-Lakshmipur and Bhalumaska-Singapur Road section has been completed and application for forest diversion has been filed online. Stage-I clearance obtained subject to condition finalized on 19.01.2024.
4. In Lakshmipur Road-Singaram section (About 13.630 Km), during March’24, Ballast spreading of about 2600 mtrs was executed. Preparation for CRS inspection is under progress.
5. In Singaram-Tikiri section (About 8.265 Km), during March’24, Preparation for CRS inspection is under progress.
6. Bhalumaska-Sikarpai section (About 9.465 Km), during March’24, Earthwork in Cutting of about 36100 Cum, Hard rock removal of about 18040 Cum, Earthwork in filling of about 3450 Cum and Concreting of about 121 cum was completed.
7. Sikarpai-Keutiguda section (About 15.482 Km), during March’24, Earthwork in Cutting of about 15800 Cum, Hard rock removal of about 84400 Cum, Concreting of about 181 Cum and Tunneling of about 169 mtrs was executed.
8. Keutiguda – Singapur Road section (About 9.625 Km), during March’24, Earthwork in Cutting of about 1600 Cum and Hard rock removal of about 17000 Cum, Concreting of about 48 Cum and Tunneling in about 50 mtrs was executed.
9. Design of all Tunnels in Bhalumaska-Singapur Road section (35.64 Km) is completed. In between Bhalumaska-Singapur Road section (35.64 Km), Tender for earth work and minor bridges and Major Bridges works has been awarded & Tender for Tunnel (9 Nos) has been awarded.
10. DGPS survey in Bhalumaska-Singapur Road section has been completed and application for forest diversion has been filed online.
11. DGPS survey for CA land for forest land acquisition and tree enumeration in Tikiri-Bhalumaska section (45.86 Km) completed.
12. Geotechnical investigation for design of bridges in between Bhalumaska-Singapur Road section (35.64 Km) is completed.
13. Feasibility study of alignment, geotechnical investigation, design & alignment of tunnels, in between Tikiri-Bhalumaska section (45.86 Km) has been awarded to M/s RITES and work is under progress. It is expected to be complete by 31.03.2024 |
