Total 4,160 nos. of piles out of 4,160 nos. (2590 nos. in DN Line and 1570 nos. in UP Line) have been cast till 28.02.2025. Both UP Line & DN Line piling scope work is completed.
Total 653 nos. pile cap, 644 nos. Pier, 605 nos. pier cap out of a total 676 nos. are completed as on 31.03.2025. Total 289 nos. deck slabs have been cast out of 660 nos. In the month of Feb-25, total 11 nos. pile caps, 16 nos. piers, 8 nos. of pier cap, and 7 nos. deck slabs were executed. The Substructure work scope of UPGS is completed.
Retaining walls at various project locations (Ch 320-691, Ch 10496 to 10640 on DN Grade Separator and Ch 460 to 946, Ch 2963 to 3597, Ch 5042-5360, Ch 6020 to 6140, 8900-9018 & Ch 12546 to 13080 on UP Grade Separator) have been started. The excavation of 31,260 cum done till 31.03.2025 UP GS works are completed

Fabrication-Total 31934 MT Cutting, fit up of 31308 MT, drilling of 21157 MT & welding of 29528 MT segments completed. In UP GS 254 span composite girder, 6 nos OWG have been fabricated and erected. In DNGS 150 nos span composite girder and 2 nos OWG have been fabricated. In DN GS total 55 nos span composite girder have been erected. | Cumulative Railway Expenditure up to Mar 2024 is Rs.1080.74 Cr (including net advance lying of Rs 136.61 Cr ).
Scope: Initial Length of Grade Separator in the approved DPR was 21.5 Km. During the Final Location Survey conducted by WCR the length was revised to 24.9 Km. However, after detailed discussion with WCR during meetings with GM WCR on 20.03.2018 & 02.05.2018 and after completion of construction survey, taking into account the connecting legs towards Singrauli and Bilapsur, total length of the Grade Separator has been revised to 33.2 Km. The approved revised project cost for the project is Rs 1247.64 Cr
Major tenders for main civil works of DN Line (Pkg-1) & UP Line (Pkg-2) awarded on 25.08.2020 & 10.09.2020 respectively.
Total 4,104 Nos. of piles out of 4,155 (2534 Nos. in DN Line and 1570 Nos in UP Line) have been cast till 31.03.24. In Mar-24, 10 Nos. piling work was executed. In UP Line piling work scope is completed.
Total 568 Nos pile cap, 541 Nos Pier, 489 Nos pier cap out of a total 676 os. are completed as on 31.03.2024. Total 172 nos deck slabs have been cast out of 660 nos. In the month of Mar-24, total 13 Nos pile cap, 11 Nos piers, 15 Nos. of pier caps, and 15 Nos. deck slabs were executed.

Fabrication-Total 17,499 MT Cutting, Fit Up of 17341 MT, drilling of 11093 MT & welding of 16,922 MT segments completed. Total 564 Nos. of 10m I- girder and 1153 Nos. of 8m I- girder have been fabricated for 24.4m span. Total 323 Nos of Composite and OWG are ready. Fabrication of 1 Nos each of 45.7m,61.0m & 3 nos of 76.2m OWG Girders has been completed. Launching of 196 Nos. span has been done so far.
Out of 35 nos. of Project Sheets, all are submitted to the Railway and 35 nos. are approved by the Railway. Out of 26 nos GADs, 26 nos GADs are approved by WCR. Out of 4 nos. of ESP, all 4 are approved by the Railway
