Background Information
All Land Acquisition Proposal submitted to State Govt. for acquisition. An amount of Rs. 225.90 cr as demanded has been deposited. LA for Pvt. Land in progress. Section 21 completed for all 9 villages. LA for Govt land in 1 village in progress which involve forest diversion, Forest diversion proposal has been uploaded on prawesh portal. Section 37 notice issued to 8 villages. Additional land 2.36 Ha in 3 villages (Pvt. Land: 2.02 Ha, Govt. land: 0.34 Ha ) has been submitted on 14.03.2023 for which sec 11 done on 15.08.23. Payment to Raiyat in Khunti District has been started. Land demarcation work 80% completed. Govt. land under DALO Ranchi payment in progress. Dimanteling Structure value under DLAO Ranchi payment in progress. PVT land in Ranchi district 29.95 Ha handed ver by DLAO/Ranchi. PVT land in Khunti district 23.61 Ha handed over by DLAO/Khunti. Longitudinal section revision necessitated due to RNC Divns request, to facilitate future development of new station “Singhpur “ between Lodhma and Piska station. GAD of 2 ROBs approved, GAD of 1 ROB, 3 RUBs & 8 LHS under preparation. Major and Minor Bridge drawings are under preparation. Tender for miscellaneous work like tree cutting, land boundary fixing, dismantling of structure etc. has been finalized and LOA issued on 09.10.2024.
