Background Information
Land acquisition 84.67 Ha (Pvt. Land: 68.90 Ha, Govt. land: 12.50 Ha & Forest Land: 3.27 Ha) in 9 villages is under process. All LA proposal (84.67 Ha) submitted to State Govt. for acquisition. An amount of Rs. 253.44 cr as demanded has been deposited.Total-66.89Ha (79% of total land) pvt land has been acquired (43.28 Ha in Ranchi district & 23.61 Ha in Khunti district).Land demarcation work 80% completed. LOA issued on 21.05.2025.All Land Acquisition Proposal submitted to State Govt. for acquisition. An amount of Rs. 225.90 cr as demanded has been deposited. LA for Pvt. Land in progress. Section 21 completed for all 9 villages. LA for Govt land in 1 village in progress which involve forest diversion, Forest diversion proposal has been uploaded on prawesh portal. Section 37 notice issued to 6 villages. Additional land 2.36 Ha in 3 villages (Pvt. Land: 2.02 Ha, Govt. land: 0.34 Ha ) has been submitted on 14.03.2023 for which sec 11 done on 15.08.23. Payment to Raiyat in Khunti District has been started. Land demarcation work through section intiated. EPC Tender which was supposed to open on 12.12.2023 is cancelled and retender will be done. Fresh EPC Tender to be floated by 30.4.24.
