| Railway Board’s vide letter no.2019/W-I/CR/GC/Pachora-Jamner/Pt.I dtd: 26.08.2022 sanction the Pachora-Jamner project with a cost of Rs.955.39 Cr, further board advised that DPR stand sanctioned. Board also advised that Detailed Estimate are included in the Detailed Project Reports of the aforesaid projects, the Detailed Estimate also stand sanctioned in terms of Railway Board’s letter no. 2015/W-I/Gen/Com GM/Pt.11 dtd. 16.11.2017. If any revision is to be carried out in the cost of the project as authorized vide Railway Board’s letter No. F(X) 11-2016/PW/3 Pt.3 dt.14.10.2016, above estimated costs of the aforesaid project should be taken as base cost of the project for deciding the competent authority. EPC tender is to be invited for the execution of all works of this section. For land acquisition this project, the project has been declared as a Special Railway Project. District Collector/Jalgaon declared Special Land Acquisition Officer No. 1 (UTPH) as Competent Authority for land acquisition for the project. Section 20A published for 05 villages i.e. Pachora, Varkhedi, Moyogaon BD, Shendurni & Pahur on 14-11-2022. Land acquisition proposals of 19 villages submitted to authorities. for 5 proposals, 20 A published on 23.11.2022 and JMR fees submitted. JMR done for one village and balance for 4 nos. for 8 proposals, 20 A published on 31.5.2023 and publication of balance 6 proposals being chased with Land acquisition officer. Consultancy tender for BOQ and EPC tender bid process management is in process. Project sheet & ESP under approval at HQ office. Revised estimate is under preparation and EPC tender document for GC of Pachora - Jamner section is under finalisation (TDC Dec 2023). Land acquisition for private, govt & forest land is under process through railway act 2008. JMR done for total 7 villages and 20 E awaited for 5 villages from state govt. JMR is in progress for 3 villages. FRA certificate for forest land acquisition received from DC Jalgaon on 30.10.23. | |
