EPC Tender for Package-1 (km. 52500 to km 83200) is opened on 18.10.2023 and it is under evaluation. 2. BOQ Tender for Package-1 (km. 52500 to km 83200) is opened on 08.03.2024 and it is under evaluation. 3. Proposal for Land Acquisition was submitted 31.12.2021, 03.01.2022, 22.07.2021, 19.07.2021 and 17.01.2022. 4. Declaration of Special Railway Project-2008 in Gazette: 16.09.20224. 5. Publication of Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) appointment in Gazette of India: 28.09.2022. 6. Gazette publication is completed under section 20 (A) and 20 (E). 7. Total Land required for Solapur Osmanabad New line project: 632.8414 Ha. 8. Village wise status is as follows: A. North Solapur Taluka: Kasbe Solapur, Kasbe Solapur (City Area), Degaon, Bale, Khed, Bhogaon, Banegaon, Mardi Sevalal Nagar and Honsal (9 Villages) Land payment is deposited to CALA on 12/12/2023, 13/02/2024 and 05.03.2024 and informed CALA for disbursement of payment. CALA has handed over 115.6636 Ha of Land to Railway. B. Tuljapur Taluka: 1. Land Award documents of 13 no. of villages received from CALA. 2. 2 Villages (Tamalwadi and Tuljapur Rural) award not received from CALA. 3. 2 Villages (Malumbra and Hangarag Tul) land payment is under process. 4. 9 Villages land compensation amount Rs. 36.33 Cr was deposited to CALA as advance payment in June-2023 and 2 (Raikhel and Tadawala) Villages land compensation amount Rs. 33.53 Cr was deposited to CALA in Mar-2024. C. Osmanabad Taluka: 1. Land Award for all 9 villages received from CALA Osmanabad. 2. 6 Villages land compensation amount Rs.112.33 Cr was deposited to CALA as advance payment in June-2023 and 3 Villages (Wadgaon (Si), Sanja and Upla (Ma)) land compensation amount Rs. 115.87 Cr was deposited to CALA in Mar-2024. | |
