| DPR has been sanctioned on 31.01.2019 vide Railway Board letter No. 2019/W-I/CR./ NL/Dhule-Nardana dated. 31.01.2019 costing Rs 492.76 Cr. Part detailed estimate for design and drawing consultancy, preparation of DPR etc. has been sanctioned by GM on 18.08.2020, costing Rs9.85 Cr. over abstract cost of Rs.492.76 Cr. Field Survey completed on 20.12.2020.Index Section, Index plans and Concept plans of 06 yards approved. Project sheets 09 Nos approved and 01 no under WR HQ approval. 5 Nos ESP has been approved and Nardana ESP is under approval at WR HQ. The project has been declared as special railway project on 22.02.2022. Land Acquisition officer has been declared on 25.03.2022. JMR of all 25 Nos of villages for private land has been completed. 20 E notification for 25 villages has been published. land Acquisition is in progress. EPC tender for civil works has been uploaded on ireps portal on 28.04.2023. 2nd pre bid conference done on 14.06.2023. Tender Bid estimate vetted by HQ finance and Revised estimate vetted by HQ finance. Tender Opening of Date 04.08.2023. Revised Estimate amounting to Rs 1102.50 Cr. for Dhule (Borvihir) - Nardana (Including Material modification for Electrification) has been vetted by HQ finance and submitted to Railway Board. Compliances of Rly Bd observations of Dhule (Borvihir) - Nardana NL project submitted to HQ. Section 20 F for 19 villages has been published by state Govt. Appointment of Arbitrator as " Collector Dhule" has been done. Balance Section 20 E of 6 villages awaited from SDO Dhule. Railways has deposited total 98.51 Crores Rupees to state Govt against Tentative/ Final awards. one sided Possession of section 20 I of 289.963 Ha land from SDO/Shirpur and SDO/Dhule has been received section 20 J of 232 Ha land issued by SDO/ Dhule and Balance Section 20 J for 54.6 Ha land recieved from SDO/shirpur on 26.02.2024 , however 7/12 extract in favour of Railways needs to be done by state. | |
