Background Information

Detailed Estimate sanctioned by Railway Board vide letter dt. 17.05.2022. Lay foundation stone of project done by Honble PM shri Narendra Modi on 18.06.22. Approximately 51.84 Ha (2.0772 Ha Govt. + 49.7653 Ha. Pvt) land in 21 villages (8 Govt.+13 Pvt.) required. The project declared as Special Railway Project. Special land acquisition officer was nominated. 20E published for 13 villages (29.0139 ha) out of 13 villages on dated 7.11.2023 & 19.12.2023. Additional 20A issued for all villages (15.1035)on 29.02.2024 and additional 20E will be published on 31.03.2024. EPC contract for completee section awarded on 19.10.23. Work commenced.
