Ambliyasan-Charadu (12.32)- Engine run done on 19.09.2024. Ambaliyasan station NI already completed. Commissioning is planned in June-25.
Vijapur-Charadu (29.21) - Commissioning planned in June-25 as 3 Km Land Acquisition was involved in the city area. The remaining patch is being made ready and the Engine will be run by the end of Apr-25. As no Train service can be run in partial length hence Commissioning is planned in June-25 | Detailed Estimate sanctioned by Railway Board vide letter dt. 17.05.2022. Lay foundation stone of project done by Honble PM shri Narendra Modi on 18.06.22.
Land required 35.679 Hect. (2.44 Govt. + 33.24 Pvt.). The project declared as Special Railway Project under clause 37A of Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 by competent authority on 6.7.2022. LAQ officer nominated on 05.09.2022. Land Acquisition Proposal submitted on 22-09-2022. 20A notification for all 13 villages issued on 04.11.22, 19.04.23 & 08.05.23. JMS completed for 12 villages out of 13. For 20E proposal submitted on 1.03.24 for verification. State Govt is being chased regularly to expedite the issue of 20 E.
Ambliyasan-Charadu (9.40 Km) : Work is in progress. Only Engine roling is planned.
Critical : (i) Land acquisition 9.96 Ha (ii) Forest Clearance for Tree Cutting:- 4000 trees in targeted section and 5000 trees in remaining section. Letter written to Chief Secy on 03.1.24,Pr Secy on 22.12.23 and PCCF on 05.09.23. Permission from forest ministry received on 05.01.24 and forest deptt is being chased to cut the trees at the earliest. (iii) Letter from GM/WR written to Chief Secy/Gujarat Dtd 02.02.2024 highlighting the issues. Also, meeting was held with Chief Secy Gujarat in Jan2024 with early resolution of issues. (iv) 3 Nos 220 KV Overhead Electrical Crossing is present in the section. In this regard, Meeting held with Chief Secretary, Gujarat in November 2023. Letter written to Principal Secy/Energy & Petrochemical Deptt Dtd 07.03.24.
