Work in progress. Gomoh Flyover for DN trains 42 km targeted in Feb 2026. Revised target is due to delay in land acquisition.
Issue with state government(s):-
• Total land to be acquired – Raiyati land - 89.83 Ha, GM land - 3.34 Ha Total - 93.17 Ha (230 acre in 08 villages).
• Rs 4.52 Cr. land payment against GM land of 2.86 acre in favour of DC/Dhanbad deposited in Feb/2024.
• Rs 1.152 Cr. land payment against GM land of 1.12 acre in favour of DC/Dhanbad deposited in Mar’24
• Total 218 Acre out of 221 Acre Raiyati land and 8.25 Acre GM land has been handed over by DLAO/DHN and DC/DHN respectively to railway for Gomoh fly over DL Project.
• Disbursement of payment not yet completed by State Govt. and partly the matter has been referred to LA court due to which there is local disturbance at work site and so work could not be started on acquired land.
Target month of commissioning March 26 | Gomoh Flyover for DN trains 22km targeted in Sep 2025. Revised target is due to delay in land acquisition.
