| Out of total 36 km length, track to be laid partly on old alignment and partly on new alignment duly acquiring the land from GoTN. Two cases were filed in High Court for ownership of land and got stay order. Revenue department (District Collector, Dharampuri) have been requested on 05.03.19, 06.07.19 & 19.07.19 and being contacted frequently for survey and demarcation of land/identifying Patta land in the railway alignment. 3(2) and 3(1) notifications issued for 60.67 Ha of land (14 villages issued out of 18 villages). 4 villages delayed due to law & order problem. | 3(2) and 3(1) notifications to be issued. |
