Background Information
The work for construction of Bridge No. EAK 31 is awrded on 14.02.2024. Reach work tender awarded. Piling work of Br.No.EAK 31-Started. TUVR Yard tender awarded. Earthwork is in progress. Assembling of Barges for EAK 31 is in progress. Preliminary survey works have been started. EAK 31- A1 and A2 side pile load test completed. Earthwork of about 2000 m3 completed.8 out of 9 piles completed at A2 side. 6 out of 6 piles completed at Pier 27 side. Earthwork at A1 and A2 side of EAK 31 is in progress. Land acquisition work is in progress for KUMM-TUVR doubling. Piling works of Abutment A2 & Pier 26, 27. Earth work b/w 8/000-8/500 is in progress. EAK 31 initial load test is over at A1 side. Total-34/186 piles completed. Soil exploration works of KUMM-TUVR section is in progress.Handing over of land is expected from Sep 2024. Work of Br.No. EAK 31 is awarded on 14.02.2024. Yard work and reach work tender to be called.
