2.7069 Ha of land acquisition involved in Kalipahari-Bakhtarnagar 5th line work. Application for nomination of CALA has been submitted to State Government on 22.07.24. ADM (LR), Paschim Bardhaman has been nominated as CALA vide Spl. Secy. to Govt. of WB’s letter dt.07.01.2025. Gazette Notification regarding nomination of CALA U/S 7A published on 13.01.25. ADM(LA), Paschim Bardhaman vide letter dt. 14.01.25 has been communicated regarding nomination of Gazette Notification. LA plan for 21 nos. Mouza (LA involved in 10 Mouza) approved on 10.02.25. Application for acquisition of land submitted to ADM(LA), Paschim Bardhaman vide letter dt.19.02.25. CALA has informed on 24.03.25 about errors in LA plan and plots. A Meeting held with CALA on 03.04.25, 15.05.25 & 27.06.25. Preparation of LA schedule in progress for publication of notification under Sec-20A.
