Background Information

1. All sanctioned works has been completed. Some minor ancillary works of attending observations of the Client Department are in process. Handing over of buildings and services etc. are also in process. 2. Finalization of final bills for the completed works/sub works are under scrutiny. About 16 Crores of fund is required for the purpose. Already there has been abnormal delay in making timely payment to the contractors. Delay in allotment of fund caused delay in completion of the Project and liability of interest has been created on this account. 3. Entire fund Rs. 8.43 Crores, allotted in the month of Feb. 2018 has been booked and still 7.5 Crores to be paid to the contractors against their work done.
