| RCC structure of 3 basements is completed, RCC/steel structure upto G+8 storey is completed. Roof slab of Tower A, B & C at 9th floor is casted. Structure work of Tower-D at 9th floor is in progress. Structure work of Tower A, B & Tower C at 10th Floor is also in progress. Finishing work like masonry work, floor, S.S. railing, drywall partition, dry stone cladding, door, window works plumbing work, HVAC work, internal electric conduiting work & fire-fighting piping work from Basement 3 to 8th Floor are in progress. The contractor is pressed to increase resources to complete work within their committed target of Sept-2025. External development works like Sewer line, rain water harvesting & road work are in progress. | The superstructure work is in progress and slab at various levels. The highest level grazed so far is 8th storey in Tower-A, B & C respectively. Fortnightly targets are given to contractor to exhibit improved performance by enhancing manpower to complete the RCC structure i.e. G+7 level by 15.04.2024. The contractor is pressed to increase labour strength to more than 500 Nos., to complete work within their committed target of May-2025. The EOT has been granted to keep contract alive till 30.06.2024 with condition that contractor will be liable for compensation in terms of contract provisions. Similar extension will be given to contractor to keep contract alive subject to action for recovery of compensation for delayed performance by the contractor in accordance with contract provisions, if contractor procure more than 600 MT steel to complete entire structure work by 15.07.2024 as per their revised action plan dated 01.01.2024. The action under various clauses of contract is being initiated against contractor for delayed performance by him. |
